Piper Aircraft Inc. has been known to produce light single-engine aircraft as part of its impressive 144,000 count of aircraft released. This model included two 220 hp engines, thereby giving the plane maximum power at the maximum ceiling of 25,000 feet. This model was particularly good at flying over mountainous areas as well as wide expanses of water.
