How to Make Halloween Graveyard Ghosts

How to Make Halloween Graveyard Ghosts

Halloween graveyard ghosts are easy yet creative craft projects that can be fun for the whole family. We are providing few easy steps for the same.

Things we need:
• White cloth sheet
• Crayons
• Black markers
• Glue
• Pencil
• Eraser
• Scissors

Steps to make graveyard ghosts:

• Selecting sheet: To create a Halloween ghost, acquire a plain, white cloth sheet that you can cut. If you do not have a white sheet at home, you can get it from the thrift store. If purchased at thrift stores, be sure to wash and clean the sheets first in the purview of hygiene. Make sure the sheets you pick, do not have designs in order to keep the white and black spookiness intact. The desired effect will not be achieved otherwise.

• Marking head: Put the sheet on the person who may want to use it as a costume. The head of the person should be at the very center of the sheet. Alternatively, you can put vertical wooden stands in the lawn and cover them with these sheets.

• Eyes: With a crayon or marker, draw circles on the front part of the sheet to mark eyes. Color it black. If it is for a costume, you will need to mark the eyes around those of person's to ensure visibility when worn. Make sure the markers used to create the circles are not sharp. This is to ensure that the person underneath the sheet is not injured. After carefully marking, make one hole each at both the places. In order to prevent fraying and give the sheet a more polished/unique look, brush glue around the eyeholes and hem. To avoid the sheet from sticking to the face because of the glue, fold the edges of eyeholes, so that the sheet sticks to itself from the inside. For further enhancement, you can paint around the eyes, or hem, or the bottom edges, with a brush or a pencil. Do not decorate the around the edges of the eyehole while the person is wearing the costume. This is to prevent eye injury.

• Base: You may cut the bottom of the sheets irregularly to impart it more of a shaggy and spooky effect.

You can now well put the ready ghost in your lawn on the wooden stands or the person can wear it at the time of party. Fun is the ultimate motive. Therefore, if really pressed for time, you can buy ready-made ghost costume online or from a thrift store.
